Indra has been working as Project Manager and Consultant at Progress-PME since March 2018. Up to now, she has worked on the company presentation and for two clients on (cleaning) validation projects. Previously, Indra worked at Johnson & Johnson for six years and held various positions within Manufacturing, Research & Development and Quality. Within a year she was a team leader at the Quality Control department and subsequently at the Equipment department within the GMP production facility of Janssen Biologics B.V.
She is Green Belt certified and with her Lean project she realized a significant reduction in the number of invalid assays and equipment breakdowns by designing and implementing Training Within Industry Job Instruction sheets for technicians. In consultation with the Process Excellence department, she came up with the idea to create a photo presentation about Lean management. At the request of the senior management, she visited several Johnson & Johnson companies worldwide and used her presentation for best practice sharing. In her role as Multisitelead Global Health Services Netherlands, she was asked to set up a new network of stakeholders and implement and manage programs to promote the health of employees according to the Johnson & Johnson’s global objectives. Her creativity stems from studying Graphic Design at art school and working as an independent entrepreneur within the creative sector.
In 2007 she started to study Biochemistry and in 2011 she completed her studies with a graduation project sponsored by Harvard University in Boston. Indra’s motto is “You can make anything possible with courage, insight and above all enthusiasm!”
Indra lives in Scheveningen and enjoys walks with her Stabyhoun dog on the beach and in the woods.
