Jan-Willem has a commercial and learning and development background. At the start of his career he fulfilled several sales and business development roles in a variety of local and international organisations. In a later stage he developed himself in the area of L&D, becoming a certified trainer and developing learning solutions for a variety of talent development purposes. After a work-break where he dedicated time to family and study, Jan-Willem joined Progress in September 2021 where he is looking forward to supporting the company’s exciting sales and marketing initiatives ahead.
