Jorindel is working for Progress-PME since 15 March 2017. She received her master in Chemistry via the University of Leiden. She started her career at Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) in Haarlem as QA Officer. Focus was mainly on artwork development, Bill of Materials management and Registration. After that, she lead a department responsible for vendor management and auditing. During this time, one of her priorities was preparation and facilitation of inspections (e.g. IGZ and FDA). Subsequently, she worked on development and implementation of a new documentation system and later the development of a new lean focussed organisational structure.
In the following years, she worked for Operational departments, being responsible for the pharmaceutical aspects of aseptic formulation and filling, packaging and cold chain distribution. She has been involved in several large, full-time projects, such as building a new aseptic filling line, where she was responsible for preparation of all operational aspects. Also the development of the master data change control process as part of the implementation of the SAP automation system.
Her last role at MSD was a role as business consultant, project manager in (inter)national projects and as internediate between SAP-IT and the (Quality) organisation.
For Jorindel, compliancy, practicality and efficiency are core values which are essential in all parts of a pharmaceutical company. You will see these returning in all her deliverables. The certification in change management from a lean perspective (Red Belt) fits very well in this way of thinking.
In her spare time, Jorindel (1874) enjoys being with her children. She also likes to do sports (skiing, running, bootcamp, rowing), being outside and travel.
