As of December 2013, Paul is employed at Progress-PME.
After obtaining his diploma in process technology and control engineering at the MTS (intermediate technical school) Paul worked for more than 15 years at MSD in Haarlem. There, he obtained his higher vocational diploma (HBO) in process- and quality management and he also developed himself as a specialist in the pharmaceutical industry. Paul quickly worked his way up to HBO positions in which he was responsible for validation metrology & Engineering, calibration & maintenance management and 21CFR part 11 management systems, among other things. The focus during the last three years at MSD was on various Lean improvement projects. In 2010, Paul switched to Sanquin and engaged himself at the Plasma Production division as QA project manager and head of the QA department “systems innovations” in the implementation of various quality systems and quality improvement systems.
Paul (1970) is married, he has two daughters and enjoys spending his free time with his family. He enjoys taking long hikes. He also enjoys expressing his passion for car racing with go karting and visits to major racing events.
