Terms and conditions Annual Cleaning Validation Masterclass 2023
- The Masterclass fees indicated are the fees per participant, or in case of a duo ticket, the fees per two participants .
- On receipt of registration the sent invoice shall be paid within 2 weeks.
- Registrations less than 2 weeks prior to the summit will receive an electronic invoice which has to be paid prior to the Masterclass.
- The fees include Masterclass participation, lunch, coffee & tea during breaks and reception.
- When cancelling prior to the Masterclass, you are allowed to send a substitute to replace you. There will be no refund.
- Participants name and job function will be published on the Masterclass website.
- Participants can be recorded on photo and/or video. The Masterclass organizers have the right to use these captured images for promotion purposes through its own website, social media or other publication channels.
- In the unlikely event of the change of the Masterclass date for any reasons beyond our control, should a delegate wish to with-draw from the Masterclass, the maximum liability to us shall be limited t to a full refund of the conference registration fee paid at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the Masterclass organizers and hosts or any individuals affiliated with the Masterclass in any capacity. We may deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Masterclass the maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of the conference registration fee paid at the time of booking, with no additional liability whatsoever to the summit organizers and hosts or any individuals affiliated with the Masterclass in any capacity. We may deduct any additional bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
- Should there be a change in the Masterclass venue for any reason, for example to accommodate the number of participants, all participants will be notified well in advance. However, there will be no liability whatsoever to the Masterclass organizers and hosts, or any individuals affiliated with the summit in any capacity.
- Occasionally, it may be unavoidable to change the Masterclass agenda and the identity of speakers for reasons beyond our control.
- Masterclass participants are responsible for taking out appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the Masterclass. The Masterclass organizers and hosts or any individuals associated with the Masterclass in any capacity shall not be liable for any kind of loss, damage or injury to personal property, delegates or exhibitors, unless proven beyond doubt to be caused by our negligence.
- Masterclass participants shall be responsible for compensating any loss should they cause damage to the host’s property or to the venue.
- The information given in oral and poster presentations or at exhibitions in connection with the summit shall come from diverse sources, and validation of this information does not fall within the capacity of the Masterclass organizers. Therefore, the Masterclass organizers accept no responsibility for the correctness of the information, and the Masterclass organizers and hosts or any individuals affiliated with the Masterclass in any capacity shall have no liability of any kind in any country or court of law.
- The Masterclass organizers and hosts or any individuals associated with the Masterclass make no representation or warranty of gain of business or profits as a result of the use of services or information provided in connection with the Masterclass, and shall not be liable, in any country or court of law, for any direct or indirect damages or loss of business, employment, profits or anticipated savings resulting from the use of the services or information provided in connection with the Masterclass.
- The Masterclass organizers and hosts or any individuals associated with the Masterclass shall not be liable, in any country or court of law, for infringement of third party rights by a Masterclass delegate or participant.

We take no responsibility for these contents, neither does providing a link on our website mean that we necessarily agree to their contents, nor are we responsible for the contents of any website linking to this website.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject a registration application without giving reasons and our decision shall be final. We also reserve the right to reject a previously accepted application without giving reasons and our decision shall be final.
